Home Safety Modifications Don Troiano, Mark Nash ESQ.... Don Troiano, A.K.A. Mark Nash ESQ. Takes money and has the banks foreclose on clients without even being aware! danbury, Connecticut
Don Troiano, A.K.A., Mark Nash ESQ, takes money from clients on a monthly basis, and the banks foreclose without Don/Mark Nash even knowing. There was a client recently that I dealt with, who had his house foreclosed after paying Home Safety Modifications to help save his home. I am a attorney who represented this individual. The judge subpoenaed Don Troiano to court with my client to explain what he had done, in which the judge did not like his explaination.
The reason for the Alias name of Mark Nash is because he, from what I am told, is how he introduces himself to the banks, as attorney Mark Nash. This is highly illegal, and I suggest anyone who is using his services, ask what he has done on your file so far, and why are you paying him upwards of over $500.00 on a monthly basis? This guy is cruising into the dark side of things!
