Home Secure Solutions (Security) Harassing, Multiple calls, will not remove off call list El Paso, Tx Texas
I have received calls from this company for over 3 months. It's the same accent voice. He claims his name is RAYMOND. I have asked to be removed off his Do Not Contact list and they do not. I even called once by pressing prompt 1 to SPEAK to someone and she hung up on me!!!
Raymond doesn't give you a chance to speak. He goes into his spill about a home security system. I have to speak over just to tell him I'm not interested and that I need them to take me off their list. I just keep getting more calls. About every 5 days. It's getting old. I have my cell phone registered with DO NOT CONTACT Gov. website. Not sure how they ended up getting my number but now they won't let it go. They call... I can hang up but they just keep calling and calling. I have no way of blocking their number off my phone. Do I have to put up with this harrassing!???? I thought we had rights! I feel like they are so underhanded that one day, they will close shop and open up under a whole new name and start again! Soooo frustrating!!
