Home Service Guys Buyer Beware Home Service Guys are a Nationwide SCAM Internet
I purcahsed the Duct Cleaning service via Groupon last year. HSG called to schedule my service about a month out, then they called back and recheduled for another month out, then they called again to reschedule. The day before teh servie thye called to confirm my appointment. The day of appointment they never showed, I called to let them know they were an hour late and they told me my appointment was overbooked and would have to be rescheduled. aT that point I said no I want my money bacl, which I was referred back to Groupon. Groupon willingly refunded my money.
This time I purchased the same duct cleaning service through Living Social, not realizing it was from the sae business that duped me once before. This time they called to schedule my appointment about 2 weeks out, sent a confirmation email, I also received a confirmation phone call. I took off work to meet these bozos which nevwer showed up, when I called, Stephanie said she would call her supervisor and he would get back with me, of course that nver happened. I called again and Staphenie told me she THOUGHT her supervisor was taking care of it. I called Living Social and explained what had happened, I insisted on my money back because their poicy does not state I was not entitled to a refund for sevice I did not receive. They finally refunded my money.
DO NOT USE HSG. How these people sleep at night is beyond me.
