Bought television from HSN with extended warranty from them (National Electronics Warranty).  Television stopped working mid-November.   Called NEW to repair, took over a week to give me the name of a repair person to call.   Called repair person who took the tv a week later.  Two weeks later, received a call stating that they were waiting for approval for "repair".   Finally (over a month later, end of December) got a voicmail from someone who said it couldn't be repaired and that it would be replaced.   I was told to call a 712 area code for NEW and give them my choice of a replacement (LG or Toshiba).  Called this person a dozen times and never received a call back.  Finally got her on the phone and told her I wanted the LG. 



told it would be shipped 12/30 and would arrive in 5-7 business days (hooray!!).   Guess what, it never came and the rep (Cindy) NEVER returned my calls.  Finally called HSN who said that it's out of their hands (they sold me the warranty)!  They gave me another number for NEW....got thru to them after being placed on hold.   Turns out that they have no tracking number and don't know which company shipped the tv.   I'm still waiting for a return call back which I'm not holding my breath for.   I'll NEVER again buy and extended warranty thru HSN or from National Electronics Warranty.   I think they're trying to avoid replacement and putting the blame on a delivery company....what a joke, but I'm NOT giving up.
