HOME SHOPPING NETWORK ripoff Sells on line very good but has very poor customer service TAMPA Florida
Recently I purchased a KODAK 530 camera from HSN for $250. I made about ten pictures and it stopped working. I was informed to send it back to KODAK and I did. They repaired it and sent it back to me. I carried it to WALMART to have a larger card installed without using it. Walmart told me that the camera was not working. I have now contacted the CEO of KODAK with no success and Contacted HSN and was told that they would be back in touch with me but no success. These companies have become so big that they do not care about the ones that made them big. Now I have a new KODAK camera that will not work and no one to go to. Purchase your products at a local merchant that you know.
