Home Warranty of America Rip off 75 dollars for a so called home vist and then did not repair the stove for Thanksgiving Lincolnshire, Illinois

Please cancel my home warranty it is not worth the paper it was written on. Please made the cancel date as of 10/01/2010 as the lady told me that is when my house was covered, however when I tried to use the plan for my stove I has told you would not covered the stove, therefore the house or stove as not covered from the first day.
The number is TX-527686-XXXX and the home address is XXXX Day XXXX, San Marcus, TX 78666.
Your company send a person out to tell me the clock panel was bad, I know this before I called you from the research
that I did before hand. The man showed up in plain cloths, and an unmarked truck.
I want the 75.00 dollars that I paid back as he did not do anything to help and did not give me nor your company any new information that we did not all ready had.
I have been trying to get your company to honor the home warranty for days now, with no success, therefore please return my entire amount of $410.00 dollars plus the so alled $75 service call which was a joke at the best.
Home Warranty of America, my opinion (my views) about this company is that this company is a rip off company, stay away from this company and save your money and headaches.
If you have problems with this company call your State General Attorney, Congress and the US General Post Master and have ask them for a full investigation into this company, this is what I did and I am awaiting the results.
