Homeaccentsgardendecor.com James Johnson Excuse after excuse about shipping order BEWARE! Pensacola, Florida
I purchased a 52-piece dinnerware set (new) from this company in Sept 2009. It is May 2010 and still have not gotten all pieces?
They have given me so many different excuses why the dinnerware has not arrived from wrong address, lost, damaged, mother had surgery, he got sick, back-order issues to name a few. These people are just total liars.
After realizing this company and owners (I think it is a mom and son home business) were full of lies I researched and found them on Rip-off report! Another person had the exact same thing happen in the previous year.
My last attempt to recover my loss before I turned him in was to collect a money order in the amount of the dishes I had still not received. Guess what, said he sent it but I don't have it! Please check out who you are buying from before you place the order. I could have saved myself a lot of unhappiness over this whole ordeal.
