HomeBase Community Resource Center HomeBase Community Resource Center at 775 Crotona Park North. Bronx NY House of Frauds. This city house of frauds have a tenant in my house and has not paid me any rent for seven months. Bronx, New York
This agency has a tenant in my house since April April 2009. They paid the rent for the first seven months and stopped payment. Since then they have been giving me a running around telling me different stories and asking me to come to their office every week to pick up my check. They knowingly do not pick up phones on any of the extension and you could not see them nine out of ten times if you visit the office. All landlord need to run away from this agency.
