BEWARE to all real estate agents. Homes.com is a big waste of money. They promise 5000 to 10,000 clicks per month. Meaning that your profile will show up when people are looking for homes. Not true. They over sign other agents for the same zip code. Mostly you receive leads on your own listings. The leads you do receive goes to several agents all at the same time. Usually the people already have a realtor and only want information on the home that they clicked on. I did go onto the homes.com to look around and to request an real estate agent in my area. My profile never came up after 10 pages of realtors and I was signed up with them for over 3 months when I attempted this. It was very discouraging when an realtor that passed away 2 years ago, profile came up before mine. WTW! :(
I requested to cancel my account via email, the way they required it to be done. Let's see if they actually stop billing me.
