I am a former employee of this company. I was promised a starting rate of 9.00 and after i completed these books a 25cent raise. I worked for this company 3weeks. Before i took the job i informed them that i had a skilled nursing job that i been at for 6yrs.I accepted this job based on them understanding that i have a schedule i already work on. I would get phone calls hour after hour from 8am till 4pm from the staffing lady she was very pushy. if i couldnt return her call right back when i did she would say things like why i didnt answer my phone if she call me it must be important and i need to answer they call.
I made it clear i would be able to accept some cases to work. I took a case and the staffing lady put me on every weekend 12hr shifts and all the other cg's worked every other weekend. Then i accepted another case which i would have to give up the other case and staffing lady stated that she was taking me off the first case to take a new case. when i didnt show that weekend she called and talked to me very rudely when i told her what she said she said well i need you to go there and hurry up and get there the other caregiver ready to leave.
When payday came i got the check only to realize i wasnt nearly being paid what i accepted at my interview but way less. I was very angry that i decided to depart ways an when i did i got very nasty unprofessional messages saying i better not ever come on there property and other things. This company hires anyone i am licensed other co workers never even recieved training for the job. I would never recommend anyone to let them take care of there loved ones. I have yet to hear back from them about recieving my last check. Stay away they lie about your pay rate and mistreat there employees.
