I have read many of the postings left here by the employees of this company. Since you monitor this report and freely give information and advise, I have a few questions for you. 1. Do any of you now or have any of you ever had a loan held or serviced by HomEq, The Money Store or Barclay? 2. If not, why not? 3. As an employee of this company, Would you trust your home to be serviced by this company (your employer)? Everyone knows, As employees you have inside knowledge of their wrongdoings. Even so, You continue to freely give advise and make your most helpful comments! And as we all know this is soley due to your feelings of obligation to them as your employer. You continue to defend them, even though you have doubt yourself. You do this even though you have actual knowledge of the wrongful acts they are committing against the American home buyer. I have to say, It is admiral of you to show such dedication to them, however, I doubt they will feel so obligated to return the favor to you. I would really like to know how many of you (employees),if any, actually have a home loan which is either held or seviced by this company? And what if any is the status of any/and all of these loans? I truely believe that until you become a victim of your own employer, you are not really in any position to point fingers, judge, advise, or otherwise make comments to the postings placed here by the victims and until such time that you become a victim yourself, I think you should refrain from making any derogatory comments to any of the victims here. And that is actually what every person complaining here actually is. Otherwise, when you become a victim, please feel free to comment. I will await breathlessly for that day. I also can't wait to see what you have to say then!

Well I am sure it was the best thing for both of us when you refinanced to another company. Hopefully you won't get behind...

D.. appreciate the input... I don't know if you know much about your company but as one of their customers I am speaking from experience and all my information is true, only facts. I did find a way out of the clutches of this mess and that was to refinance my home. I'm getting a lower interest rate, lower payments, and the most important thing of all? Getting you people off my back. The payoff will help our credit out tremendously with the damage you people did reporting late payments and destroying our bank account. To all the other people out there that are suffering the same outrageous headache... that is the only way out. DO IT NOW!

Actually those MERGERS AND AQUISITIONS with the above mentioned companies have nothing to do with bankruptcy protection. They want us because they know we are a good company with excellent ratings and we make a lot of money. So before you start start stating we have "bankruptcy protection" on all these stories you should get your facts straight. D - Sacramento, California U.S.A.

Just to let you know, Homeq is currently under bankruptcy protection!! They themselves aren't able to fulfill their financial obligations! They have also done business ( the same typical "bad business" under the name The Money Store, Fairbanks Capital, and soon they will be calling themselves "Barclays"! THey tend to evolve like cockroaches! Hope this helps in your plight against these CROOKS. I have turned my issues over to my attorney. I looked until I found one VERY familiar with this company and its list of "other names" Good Luck!

I don't think that you're wrong at all. Obviously you're not the only one to go through this, but I'll keep you posted on how my lawsuit turns out with these suckers :)
