Homes.com.  Solicited me for SEO.  Long presentation.  Started with Mark.  While talking with Mark, i heard bells ringing in the background and cheers for another victim they captured.  I was moved upline to a supervisor/closer named Benjamin who couldn't fluff the limited benefits his company offered and when I said let's just cut to the bottom line. "how much".  He said $20,000 or we could work something out at $3,000 a month...  I said that I don't have something like that in my budget even if I felt the value was there.  He said, "If I don't sell it to you, I'll sell it to one of your compeititors".  I said, "I think you should sell it to one of my competitors."  He got pissed and said before abruptly ending the call that he will be sure to tell my competitors that "we are closing our doors and going out of business."  What an pompous a*s! 

In short, rude, arrogant, contemptuous of the customer, product benefits a grade schooler could duplicate, and priced...well, you decide.
