After faxing Crate Furniture another letter and a copy of the complaint I was sending to the Virginia Department of Consumer Affairs, my cushions finally arrived...two-and-one-half months after the promised delivery date. The quality was quite satisfactory...(I have not put them on the couch yet, so I am hoping they fit). A word of advice to the company...answer your phones, and at least let the customers know what's going on with their orders...even if they are late. I will not order from you again because of your unbelievably poor customer service.
