Homespun Home Fashions/ Crate Furniture Crate Furniture-Liars All. No delivery after 10 months! Petersburg Virginia
I ordered replacement cushions in early May of 2007. To date, I have not recieved them.
I was initially told they would be delivered the end of July. In mid August, I called and was told they would come the week of Sept. 17. After that week passed without delivery, I spoke to a human being for the last time.
She told me that they would be sent the next week or the following one but they never came.
I made at least 4 more calls but no longer spoke to a person. I was instructed to leave a message, which I did.
I recieved a return call each time, saying "your order will be shipped in the next 4 weeks." It has never come.
In Nov. I called the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. The company responded by saying the material I had ordered was on back order.
I requested a refund or the option to pick another material that could be shipped immediately, because they had never mentioned any back order before and I don't trust them.
I just heard back from the BBB that they've closed this case unresolved, presumably because the company hasn't responded.
This company took over $600.00 from me and has given me nothing but lies and a hard time.
