Cratefuniture.com - Homespun Home Fashions Didn't Deliver Finally got refund by threatening to sue here's how Petersburg Virginia
I went through the same adventure others have described. I placed an order at the end of July, delivery promised in 8 weeks, payment taken immediately. 12 weeks later received an automated phone call with instructions to order new material. Ordered new material with a December promise date, which they of course missed. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls unless you pretend to be a new customer....
So, I went to http:/
courts.state.va.us/pamphlets/small_claims.html to learn about small claims court procedures in Virginia. At the bottom of the page is a link to the forms. I printed the appropriate form, filled it out, and faxed to Homespun with a letter explaining that I would file it the following week unless I received a refund. Got my refund by Fedex in four days - though I have to admit I wasn't sure the check would clear, but it did! Give it a try and good luck.
