Honda of Tiffany Springs John Chezik Honda cheating, scamming, frauding Kansas City Missouri
I worked as a sales associate. My last customer I sold to before deciding I did not want to work for this company was completely taken advantage of.
The customer was approved for a loan.at 18% then the business management added points to make it 26% to allow himself to gain profit. Then the customer was told, he had to add gap insurance in order to get the loan.done. I have written testimony of the customer statements.
I also want to bring to light that salesmen are getting cheated out of wages every month. We worked a minimum of 49.50 hours a week, yet were paid for 40. There is no agreement signed we had to work overtime without pay. Also, the system of record keeping is done by untrained associates. This effects business as they are inaccurate.
The company has also been adding warranties to customers vehicle purchases, then the customer cancels. There are so many days before thefinance ddepartment can keep revenue. So they ignore or encourage the customer to keep it.
The company needs to be investigated in a Federal standard.
