Honey Milk Resturant Raw burger Twice and rude customer service. Warrenville IL
I have been going to this restaurant for about two years so I did not expect this the week before myself and friend ordered the house burger and had to sent both back because they were underdone so they redid that. but this week we ordered and we both got two overdone burgers so we sent them back and received two raw burgers so we sent that back my friend got a rare burger but mine was still Raw so I was about to swap the order for something else when the owner and cook screamed at me that he made me three cheeseburgers and I should order something else.
I was so shocked so when the host came I told her I didn't want the new order I would just pay for what I had eaten. But she sent in the manager. so I told her the situation and she told me I was being difficult and harsh and I told her I was not and she attacked me saying that she didn't want a customer like me and I would not have to pay the bill. I got up and told her I would never come to this restaurant again and walked out. My friend was so stunned they were trying to talk to her but she was disgusted and left too. When I got home I cried.
