In response to our original complaint, Hong Kong Telecom took the positive steps a responsible business should to resolve the issues we had with them.
We retract our original complaint against Hong Kong Telecom. Our previous comments about them should not be used by any customer or potential customer as a basis for evaluation of the company.

Can't believable. Is there some mistake between you and the payment company. We have cooperated with that company. It's good, and their service is better than other Chinese payment companies. If they are scammer, they wouldn't refund for you. Is it right?

I'm one of Ctopay company's merchants.We have cooperated for a long time.There are never unhappy things that happened between us.I believe they must be very sorry for making this misunderstanding happen.
