I recieved an e-mail from Hoodiaforfree.com to recive a 14 day free trail of hoodia for s&h charges which were $5.95. I haven't recieved any pills, but, they have taken $5.95 from my account. Then they also deducted $99.90 more out of my account. I have not been able to find a contact number. However, I have e-mailed them only to get no response. I sincerly hope something can be done to stop this people and to get out money back. People like this is why people lke me have been reluctant to shop over internet.

From the website = one of the conditions of this company is that you are not entitled to dispute charges with your credit company or debit card issuer!

Tammy, here's the information that I found on the website that you filed the report about. The website states, "After the 14 Day Free Trial you agree to become a Member and agree to purchase a 2 month supply (billed at 99.90 for two bottles at the same time every 60 days for 2 billing cycles) of the same product. Unless you have sent a certified letter to cancel your order and/or cancelled your order via email at [email protected] within the ?14 day Free Trial? period. Once again, you can cancel your purchase program at anytime by sending a certified letter to Hoodia Thin, P.O. Box 2982 , Salt Lake City, Utah 84110 or call 1-909-930-3097 for online cancellation instructions. Customers must cancel before the end of the 14 day Free Trial period. Once a bottle has been billed no refund will be issued. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Emails and/or voicemails do not constitute a cancellation." It's interesting to note that one of the conditions of this company is that you are not entitled to dispute charges with your credit company or debit card issuer. Also, that if a debit card is used, you must contact hoodia with written notifications that you are terminating their authority to access (charge) your account. Hope this helps. Please keep us updated on what happens, as this company seems to have too many 'conditions' that rope you in for my comfort. Good Luck
