Hooters in Orland Park Illinois The Bartender and the Manager Bartender ran a scam on a special chicken appetizer and the Manager couldnt care less Orland Park, Illinois
The bartender at Hooters asked me if I wanted to try their special chicken wing appetizer. When the appetizer finally came,it came way after my dinner and were not wings like i was lead to believe, they were chicken nuggets. If I wanted chicken nuggets,I would have went to mcdonalds. Some special. Then when I escalated it to the manager all he could do is laugh and show his unconcern. I was lucky though,that another bartender who was from corporate hooters was there and overheard me arguing with the manager and thought that that behavior of the manager was outright unexcusable. she then took care of me, so I tipped her instead. But because of this one cocky managers actions, I will never set foot in another hooters ever again, and I was a regular there. This manager should be terminated for his ignorance.
