I contacted them refinancing options.After giving my email address and phone number I got no responce.When I sent them an email telling them that were scammers I got this reply.
And you must be an irrational consumer with ridiculous expectations who has failed to honor his agreements and is looking for a way to be able to keep driving his car for free. Here's the deal Larry, you are 60 days late with the lender who has shown time and again that they do not care about you. Americredit WILL NOT HELP YOU so get ready to have your car repossessed if it has not already been.
A quick check of the repossession list shows that they're looking for it so expect a visit from your local constable very shortly. What you also likely are ignorant to is the fact that NO MATTER WHAT, you will pay them the full balance of the loan plus fees and interest. Therefore, after they take their car back, expect a bill in the mail for the difference which is usually right around what you owe when they take the car.
Then, about 2 months later, expect a lawsuit which will come attached with a hefty judgement which will then be sent to your employer and your wages will be garnished, bank accounts levied and tax returns taken. Whatever your payment is, expect that they are going to TAKE from you (before YOU get your check) 25% of your take home pay every month for the next 2 years in order to get their money. Somehow I get the feeling that you've had your wages garnished before so you;re probably used to it by now.
We help reasonable people who deserve help. We do not help unreasonable people who aren't smart enough to know when they are beat. Good luck to you and PLEASE do not contact us as you have been flagged for ignorance and we will not help you. Please feel free to remember this email in the coming months when Americredit starts taking your money.

...YOU contacted THEM and after GIVING your email and phone number you got no responce(sic)? If that is the case, why didn't you simply go elsewhere? Instead, you send them an email accusing them of being "scammers" and are offended when they responded in the defensive? How exactly do you think they should have responded to such an accusation? How do you feel when I say, knowing not the first thing about you, that you sound like an a$$hole? A little offended I'm guessing.
The other glaring problem I see is the fact that you claim to be "seeking refinancing options" when you clearly have none. Which lender exactly do you think is going to offer you a loan when you can't seem to honor the one you currently have? Try searching the term "Americredit" on these boards and you can see very clearly that your problems are much larger than you think and although they may have been a little harsh with the words in their email how are we to know what you said to them to instigate it?
It's obvious you got your feelings hurt and want to get someone back, but in your rush to do so, you fail to acknowledge that their email response contains a great deal more than just your email and phone # so there was clearly a great deal more to this story than just 1 email and 1 response. There are 2 sides to every story and judging from the info provided it looks pretty one sided. I'm guessing they declined to help you or indicated they were unable to do so and because you are used to disguising your ignorance as arrogance you got frustrated and thought you could run to the internet to hurt them. You likely have a great deal of problems in your personal relationships as well but tend to find a way to blame the girl (your homophobia is too visceral for you to be gay) every time.
You are a disgruntled consumer who was seeking options and doing so with hubris & arrogance when you are in no position to do so. I think it's great that you were flagged for ignorance and I'll be completely honest when I say I will be using that one myself on the next ignoramus who thinks the world owes him what the rest of us have to pay for. Pay your bills DEADBEAT!
