HOPE NOW MODIFICATION - Rich Pietrowitz told us that HOPE Now Mod. were very successful in helping people save their homes. We sent $1750 to him, and Rich said it was our committment to show the bank that we would work w/them to pay them our mortgage. We have called several times and emailed Rich and have had no response. His phone message says "Danny Boy" now. We are out of the money. Our Bank has not heard from anyone Cherry Hill New Jersey
Mr. Rich Pietrowitz from "hope now modification" has all of our information of our house address, city and state, soc. sec. numbers, places of employment, etc. He emailed us the contract for the modification from "hope now Modification". It all looked legit and we did do research on this company and it all seemed legitimate. After Rich got our information, a woman Jannette called us and left us a message and my husband called her back. Janette told him that our modification was being processed and she would now be the contact person and she would be calling us periodically.
We, my husband & I have put in several phone calls to Mr. Pietrowitz and this woman with no response as of recently. Mr. Pietrowitz has changed his voice message on his cell phone to "It's Danny Boy". We have sent him emails with no response. The website is now under construction as well. I have tried getting through to other extentions and the phone just rings forever. No one answers.
We are now out of $1750. This money in Rich's words was to show the bank and HOPE that we were committed in our mortgage. Rich told us that the money would be put in escrow and if Rich was not able to succeed in our modification that the money would be returned to us in full.
Rich also told us that he could get at least 3 mortgage payments put to the back of our loan, something bank won't like, but the banks are good about making compromises. Rich told us it would take at least 30-40 days for our mortgage to be modified.
I made a last phone call to Rich & jannette. I found another company called Hope and that's when I got more information about the alledged "hope now modification" There has been an Injunction filed against hnm and they folded up the business and disappeared. We were advised to contact the Attorney Generals Office too. We are going to move forward with legal procedures against this company and the people who misrepresented themselves. I hope they can all sleep well at night knowing that they have taken from people who may end up homeless because they are greedy and cruel to their fellow man.

THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION ALREADY UNDER-WAY - Get with the ATTORNEY GENERAL and notify them of your RIPOFF ITS NOT AN ALLEGED RIPOFF - they are under investigation for breaking the law
