HopeNow Modifacations Took 1500Dollars said would get lonn modified can not get back in touch with them at all Cherry Hill New Jersey
An employee of HopeNow sent me the ifo to fill out. I did this and sent Them $1500.00 to get me a loan modifacation on my mortagage. After staying in touch for appox 6 weeks I can no longer get in touch with them either by E-mail or on the phone. They do not reply to anything. It is if I no longer exicest to them.They said that letters were sent to the loan company to freeze the account while the mod. was in process. They also tell you that you dont have to pay the money to your loan company while everything is in process.I contacted my loan provider and they did not know about any letter to them from this company. I had to draw from my 401k to pay 2 months notes to stay out of forclouser.Everything they say and do must be illeagle. I copntacted a loan officer an dthey told me that i could probaly kiss that money goodby as i can not get in touch with them in any form. Stay away from these people as they do nothing for you but take your money.
