on march 19 2011 mike from horizon cleaning services was at my home to clean my carpet and he offered me a deep cleaning on my rug so i took it and when the job was done i noticed how bad he works and very sloppy the stains are all still there and the next day when i went to vacume my vacume was full of detergant from what ever he used i took pictures of the befor and after so i can compair and it looked better was dirty than now this company should be closed for there lack of profetional work they did i wish i knew there a report on this company i would have done it my self like i did the last time i cleaned it by hand
