Horizon Ford Pay a lot for no service Ripoff Tukwila Washington
I went in for a 60,000 complete service. I should have known something was up when I got a call during my service letting me know that my brakes were "dangerously" low and they could be changed for around $600. I declined and went to a local brake place for a free estimate. My brakes were in excellent shape and did not need to be replaced. Horizon lied.
A few months later I went to a local Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they found that Horizon did not change my coolant or replace a serpentine belt, which was supposed to be a part of my service. I wonder what else they didn't do and charged me for. I'm just glad I didn't buy into their brake rip-off.
