It is not our policy to close accounts without notice to our customers. We have several processes in place to ensure customers are contacted by phone regarding any billing irregularities and this information is also included on the billing statement for which the irregularity occurred. Regarding our billing, most services are billed in advance. Some add on services cannot be billed in advance as a customer can opt into the add on service at any time. Our agents will always be happy to explain what is billed in advance and what is billed in arrears and agents are available 24x7 at 1-800-775-7790. Most billing questions can be answered by an agent but our AR team is also available as needed 9-5 Monday through Friday.
We thoroughly reviewed your account and found no reference to the billing glitch mentioned but do apologize if there was confusion regarding the charges which composed your bill and also apologize if you feel our agents inadequately explained those charges.
