The specific detail regarding placement of text on the collar is made clear on the product page in BOLD RED font. Also, our customer service reps always cover this topic when taking orders via the phone. The collars were made specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We donate returned or exchanged collars, but would you want a collar with your phone number on it donated to a shelter, only to be handed out to a stranger at a later date? We offered you replacement collars at our cost (i.e. we wouldnt make any $$ off them), but you refused. So, we're not sure there is anything else we can do. We currently have an outstanding rating on Bizrate, 5 stars (out of 5) on NexTag, and 4.5 stars (out of 5) on Google Checkout. These ratings were achieved through exemplary customer service and attention to detail. However, some customers just cannot be satisfied regardless of our efforts
