HotelPlusPortal.com Compnay claims to offer discounted rate. What they DON'T tell you (except after the fact) is that you are stuck for the full amount of your reservation if you decide to cancel Internet
I contacted HotelsPlusPortal after internet ad that they would provide lowest rate. Rate was same as I had gotten by directly dialing hotel itself. when I tries to cancel the reservation 3 days later I was told I would have to pay the full amount. the person on the phone had told me that I would be charged $25 or 9% if I cancelled. Now I am told I am charged that amount to modify the reservation within one year. Compnay is dishonest and underhanded. DO NOT USE HOTELSPLUSPORTAL!
