Hotes.com and The Grand Sierra Resort Hotel & Casino in Reno NV. Hotels.com lies about the deposits on the phone and when they send you the confirmation via email it says someting totally different.
I did not say i wanted a no cancellation reservation. I asked specifically twice about the pet fees and was lied to. They charged our business card prior to sending the confirmation, conviently for them so the agent at hotels.com who lied to me already got the money before we found out it was fraudulantly stated over the phone.
The Grand Sierra Resort Casino Hotel in Reno NV should honor a refund and or stop doing business with a rip off company like hotels.com. Many years ago I booked a room with hotels.com and they were actually hones back in 2001. Now they are out to steal from consumers and Grand Sierra Hotel is as guilty as hotels.com letting them rip off their potential customers.
I did try and cantact the Director at Grand Sierra Rsort only to repeadly reach her vioce mail. Her name is Brena and It looks as if she could car less.
I will never book with this hotel again and our fellow collegues who also own corporations will not either.
Grand Sierra "Rip Off" is its NEW NAME as far as we are concerned. Oh the reservation was cancelled alright just no refund! Theives! Are there no legalities to renting a room out twice to two seperate guest?
WARNING to other SMALL companies who don't like being lied to and stold from, stay away form this Grand Sierra Resort Hotel Casino in Reno NV and and thier booking afiliates hotels.com! They are corporate crooks and they get away with it while small corporation strugle to make it in todays ecconomy!
