I have used hotels.com several times to book hotels. I joined it's "rewards program" which promises that if you stay 10 nights in a hotels.com hotel you get one night free. They massively screwed up my rewards account, first claiming I didn't have one to credit and then by deactivating it so I cannot get a reward credit. Their customer service department provides no service. Clearly, the person responding does not speak adequate English. This same person has no authority to assist with correcting errors. I will not use this website again for anything.
