I booked a 4 star hotel yesterday (12/5/2013) in New Orleans yesterday.  I then went to get the hotel information to inform them of my son's severe autism and our medical needs.  However, when I went to check out the hotel, it became clear that the star rating was clearly inflated for my sale.  The hotel was not a 4 star hotel.  In fact, it was a 3.5 star hotel.  I called with my concerns yesterday, and got the worst customer service I have ever had.  I asked in the conversations were recorded, and they told me they were. 

I hope that you review these conversations with Kari B, Ann S. and Amanda M .  The way I was treated was completely unacceptable.  I was told that I have no claim and that I would need to check into the hotel and work out my complaints with the hotel.  I was told that the only complaint they are obligated to act on is if there were health or safety risks.  However, I was also informed that even 1 star hotels follow they same requirements for a safe and healthy environment, therefore my complaint of being issued a room under the wrong star rating would result in no action.

  I have provided numerous evidence showing the actual star rating of this hotel, including the star rating provided from your parent company and affiliates.  I have provided just some of the links proving the actual star rating of this hotel:

I simply ask that you honor my purchase agreement, and book me and my family in a 4 star hotel in the Riverside Park, New Orleans, LA Area. If you are unable to do so, please refund my purchase since you can not complete the purchase agreement.

You clearly are unaware of contract law.  Hotwire.com mangement contacted me, appologized, and refunded the reservation.  I suggest you try attending law school before you make fabricated claims.

I got a call from Management.  They have appologized for not booking me with a 4 star hotel and refunded our reservation.

 OMFG!! How dense are you?? There is no "fraud". A star rateing is not an "official" rateing system. And not governed by ANY govt body to either give it ligitamacy or someone for you to complain to. IT IS AN OPINION!!! Much like the one YOU are spewing in your report.

In that hotels customers OPINION the hotel QUALIFIES for a 3.5-4 star rate. You are just looking for something for free. Im betting you use your kids autism to you advantage at every opportunity. I know money MUST be tight for you or else YOU wouldnt have made this post. See the hotel is ONLY responsable IF THEY INFLATED THEIR OWN RATEING. But all they have to do is show a court of Law that in their customers opinion they are a 3.5-4 star hotel. And all they would need is 3 positive reviews.

Stop being a baby and grow up. You have a child of your own, yet you are acting like a spoiled child. THREE DIFFERENT REPS probably told you the same thing. No in this case YOU ARE THE SCAMMER!!! And they caught you. And so did the ENTIRE WEB!!! ANYONE who reads your post is going to see the same thing. A spoiled little diva attempting to get a discount or free room NITPICKING a hotels rep. I swear, the sleeze just keep getting sleezier.

I would certainly HOPE that the hotel you tried so hard to get something for free from WOULD release the audio tapes for the PUBLIC to hear. Im sure you were not nice and polite. Im sure you were confrontational and pretty much a Bi+ch about the whole ordeal. Why would I know this?? Because I see it everyday from the very same ppl. Scammers who are so self entitled that they truly believe that the world OWES them something. And when they dont get it, what do they do, they WHINE online attepting yet again to get something for nothing.
