I got in touch with them via the 1-800 number. Of course, it took me a LONG time to do so. I just kept calling, leaving messages, calling on other telephones (I swear, they screen their calls). I got lucky on my last attempt, but like I said, it took me FOREVER to get someone on the phone and LISTEN to me. If I were you, I'd cancel the order and call your credit card company or whatever you used to pay and get a refund or charge reverse. They lost one of my bridesmaid dresses, so I ended up with mismatched dresses at my wedding. When I called about the lost dress I was informed that it was indeed lost and a refund would be made. You'd think that would be the end of it and everything would be peachy keen, right? Not exactly. My bridesmaid just informed me that she got an e.mail stating that the dress has be shipped to her (a week AFTER the wedding). Hopefully the e.mail is a mistake and she won't be charge for the stupid dress. Lesson is... BEWARE. Actually, just stay as far away from HOB as you can. The discounted dresses aren't worth the frustration. Good luck to everyone who has to deal with this crap.

I placed an order last week that somehow had the wrong size and no color listed. I've been trying to get in touch with them every day every since then and can not get through at all. I've left messages, sent faxes, sent emails and have even tried calling the "corporate location", Glen Ellyn. I am so ready to just cancel my order and order from another company, but I can't even do that. How did you eventually get someone to help you? I am out of ideas and am open to suggestions. This is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had and this is just for a bridesmaid dress. I couldn't imagine going through this stress if it was my wedding gown!

I finally talked to someone at HOB who was helpful. My only problem now is one of the bridemaids dresses will just barely make it in time for my weddingif at all, and I had to fork over more money for 2-day shipping from the maufacturer. Ugh. The dress better get here in time...
