I entered into a contract in September of 2007 with House.com with the agreement they would send me 5 leads a month at $60. per lead, or $300.00 per month charged to my charge card. I was told that if any of the leads were not real leads, or that House.com did not send me enough leads, they would credit my account.

To date I have received 4 leads, only which 1 may be real. I did complain in December asking for my credit back of $720. and that I was going to cancel. The lady I spoke to said she would have a manager call and discuss the credit and cancellation.

My mother had just recently died and my dad had come up from South Carolina to live with me and my husband. So I didn't follow up until February 10th, 2008. They did not charge me in December or January, but did in February. I received a lead on February 9th and they billed me on the 11th. That is why I called them again. The credit owed now is $960.!

I have been calling them for the past week and just get a busy signal. I found out the phone company, but they could'nt help. I did email them today, but doubt if I will hear back from them.
