Household Credit ripoff Corrupt business practices and refunds Salinas California
Related to a report I filed against Russell's Personal Watercraft the credit card I used was Household Credit Services. I started a complaint against Russell's PWC in August 2004 now in December I am still trying to get my $253.00 refunded to me. Household credit services helped me in the beginning in Aug. when I first filed the complaint but after that it was all up to me as far as phone calls and paper work. I have faxed filed and documented everything regarding this case and sent it to household credit, I have called every two weeks to keep up with the progress of getting my refund.
Now in December when Russell's PWC has their merchandise back (and has for a month) Household credit is saying I have passed the deadline date to request a refund!!!! Of course they are not able to tell me when that exact date was, that part is not in the computer. Excuse me, but this is not in the least bit fair since the case has been open for review for the past 5 months how can all of a sudden I have passed an "unknown" date to file for a refund? And how come this supposed date was never mentioned before?
Also I noticed in looking up Household Credit they have had numerous reports filed here, guess I'm not the only one dealing with this puke company. Sorry thing to see that people will actually work for a company like this.
