Complaint Review: Hoyte Dodge - Sherman Texas

i have been a employee for hoyte dodge on 2 occassions,i was a service writer under charlie weess and my sales manager was brent burleson, both individuals i know would bend over backwords to correct and problems a customer would bring to there attention,i also think that since there is no name and date this problem occurred seems kinda odd##### HOYTE R. the owner also has an open door policy to all customers and invites them to come see him in person if theyy have a problem.
