A TOP OF THE LINE NOTEBOOK WITH ALL OF THE EXTRAS EXHIBITS DEATH GASPS AT 10 MONTHS INTO THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY.

RESPONDING TO A FEEDBACK INQUIRY FROM HP, I NOTED THAT THE DAILY UPDATES HAD A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON OVERALL PC PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS NO LONGER BEING CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFULLY UPDATING ON A DAILY BASIS.

UPDATES ALWAYS RESULTED IN FAILURE TO UPDATE ERROR MESSAGES.

EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL AFTER THAT. CASE MANAGEMENT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. TECH SUPPORT IS USELESS, TOXIC AND CLUELESS.

APPLE IS STARTING TO LOOK BETTER THAN EVER GOING FORWARD.
