HP Smart Friends No longer providing service I pay for! MT GILEAD NC
Recently HP Smart Friend eliminated there US service tech personel and there service has gone to hell! They now are slow to answer, not willing to provide adequate service, they are sloppy in support and basically unfriendly.
I pay over $30 a month for a family plan and I have been subscribing for 5-6 years. But now it is a waste of time ands money to call. In fact, I dread calling. This not what I pay for.
