HPG Management Co Pacific Pointe Apartments The ultimate headache and hell-lords be prepared to hate yourself for picking them north hollywood, California
The management here is horrible. They do not respond to tenate needs and most of all they are rarely available. There is no "Emergency maintance" there is no way to get in if you lock yourself out and good luck getting your needs meet.
The central air unit broke over five days ago-we have been trying to contact them and have completed all the necessary steps yet no one has responded and it has not been fixed. We only have a half window and live on the third floor so no air = a death trap, the apartment is literally a hot box.
This is the worst management I have ever experienced they are horrible, I do not even understand how they hire people because they are extremely stupid and unqualified to run an apartment complex. Save yourself money and headache do not rent here!
