H^R Block Several egregious tax errors and refusal to pay state fees and interest Silver Spring, Maryland
H&R Block local franchise offices do not have consumer accountability. Their office made 3 egregious tax errors on my 2008 taxes (acknowledged the error and paid the Federal Taxes fees and interest) but will not pay for the Maryland State fees and interest. I not asking for the additional personal credit damage, bank garnishments, frozen bank account and a law suit that I have been subjected to because of the tax errors.
I only want the fees and interest paid to the Maryland Comptroller. The Maryland Comptroller Office has acknowledged that in 2010 when H&R Block paid the fees and interest for the Federal Taxes, H&R Block knew they were responsible for State fees and interest.
I do not have funds for an attorney, I am preparing for a kidney transplant and the Silver Spring Office (District Office of Maryland H&R Block) will not respond to my claim. Their unprofessional intimidation practices over phone and non responsive behavior is beyond unethical.
H&R Block Franchise Management program is incorrigible and unacceptable.
