I purchased a motorcycle from a local dealer, Woods Fun Center, here in Austin a couple of years ago. Had I known anything about this financing company, HRS, and it's business practices I would have reconsidered my decision.
I stumbled onto THIS site hoping to find HRS online to check out my account info and see why the hell I was charged a late fee. HRS has no such site.
It's amazing that you bust it and do your part in getting your payment in on time and when you get your next statement in there is a late charge assessment. Why is Household Retail Services check posting time so SLOW?? Deception? Incompetence? Unethical?
