HSN Home Shopping Network HSN.Com Customer Service REVIEW - Experience with Returning a Damaged Item HSN Sent & HSN Refused to Refund after MONTHS AND MONTHS of dispute!
HSN - Home Shopping Network - sent a damaged item and I used their own return label to send the item back. They did not refund my credit card so I contacted my credit card company and did a chargeback. After months and months of going back and forth, they still have not refunded my credit card! I sent the item back so they basically kept the item and money! HSN is the definiton of a fraud and rip-off company who basically steals from its own customers.
HSN is a fruadulant and unprofessional company who is ripping people off by sending poor quality and damaged items and when you attempt to return it, they don't refund your credit card and on top of that they try to fight the chargeback! HSN has a very bad and unprofessional customer service. They don't take care of returns obviously and refunds are not important to them.
HSN Home Shopping Network is also trying hard to hide other negative reviews about them, by putting up YouTube vidoes and etc. But truth always comes out.
