HSN ripoff: sells inferior merchandise, then fails to refund $$ on return Clearwater Florida
I have been ripped off.. I ordered a ring for my anniversary. It was to have my and my husbands names engraved and next to each name our birthstone..I ordered in July 2006 I finally received it Aug 26th 2006..long after my anniversary.. When I opened the box, I was so upset, they had placed my birthstone next to my husbands name & vice a versa. I promptly filled out the reurn card requesting a refund..put the box back in the USPS priority envelope and affixed the return address label provided....I then proceeded to the post office and mailed it back the same way it came priority mail......That was Aug 26th 2006...Still today no refund, I have emailed CS 15 times and they keep saying it wasn't received yet......I am livid..they are keeping my money in there bank account all of this time, I am out my money and my anniversary gift..Simply terrible experience..
