HSN.COM HOME SHOPPING NETWORK Unauthorized Credit check, No immediate refund of cancelled Order Internet
Hsn.com stated that you could use your PayPal account to purchase items on their website either as a full payment or as flex payments. Once I purchased the item using my PayPal account using the flex payment option, they processed the payment immediately including taxes and shipping. A few minutes after that HSN cancelled my order and still took my payment. They did a unauthorized credit check and decided to cancel the order, when they did not request a credit check from me, or without disclosing that a credit check would be done as part of the payment agreement.
