I placed an offer for high quality shoes, to a merchand in china and after being in touch with him by mail (addresses with numbers at yahoo) pay by Pay Pal invoice through iOffer.com, assuming paypal will warrant for my protection.
I assume payment transaction is safe, but the catch is - Pay Pal buyers protection guaranties only to ebay purchases or goods you did not receive.
I received a Pay Pal notification with EMS tracking number and got my package item sent from China or after 15 days.
After opening the package I realize that the item shipped is completely different from what I ordered and has no value at all. (a fake shirt)
Pay Pal dismissed my dispute and iOffer.com will not accept any responsibilities other than revoking "merchant" membership and sending internal site mail
that "Your recent purchase could be fraudulent". My money is lost and I found others here who were ripped off the same way her and on complaintboard.com.
Be careful in ordering from ioffer or ebay in China, have the sellers give you an address and check it out.
My fraud merchand can be recognised by an address something like this:
BEIJING TIAN BAO TENG TA HUO VUN
45 HAO BEI DA JIE XI ZHI MEN
BEJING CHINA
but he may use other identities others as he uses different names.
I`m willing to join in a combined action against ioffer or paypal to geht these people away from selling platforms.
