When we do a search for online service to reniew US passport, this webpage (https://uspassportonline.com) comes up first on google search. They are using the US governament colors, logos to cheat people to renew the passport using their webpage. The site is cleverly designed to trick people into thinking they can fill out a form and get their passport renewed quickly. They are not up front about where the money goes on their site. They also have a "next" button after you fill out your credit card information that fools the customer into thinking they can review their purchase before actually confirming it as almost every online site does. After you click "next", your credit card is charged and you are hosed.
I realized that immediately and called them to cancel the order within 5 minutes. It's obvious that the representative (Sylvia) knew that the company is doing something wrong -- scamming people out of their money. She argued that she is going to hold my $45 as it was said it is non-refundable. This is completely scam and need to stopped. I checked the reviews and not just me, many people got cheated and trapped in. Please stop this fraud/scam company from cheathing people further.
