Hubert Bullard Treats exhibitors poorly Fayetteville North Carolina
Around ten years ago we provided Mr. Bullard an animal exhibition at the Cumberland County Fair and at a few other county fairs that he organizes. The major difficulty we encountered, every single time, was location.
At one fair our specified location had been filled with some other exhibit before we arrived, and we (and our animals) had to be moved five times. At another fair there was no location for us at all. His management policies made profitable operations impossible, and we have avoided him ever since. We were not really surprised to discover that others have since reported similar difficulties.
We cannot recommend that anyone do business with him, and are surprised at the glowing terms in which he is described elsewhere. Perhaps there are two Hubert Bullards in the Festival and County Fair carney business, and we just met the wrong one. Or perhaps he's just like any other carney we've known, only more so.
