Hudson Valley School Of Aesthetics Scarring with the Photo Facial New Paltz New York
I was burned by a student on the cheek with the photo facial machine. I spoke to one of the instructors the next day and was told that no scarring would occur because the machine could not cause scars because the sales rep told them there was no risk of scarring with these kinds of machines!! Once the scab healed I was left with a square shaped scar which is the shape of the instrument and it is very noticeable. I also noticed a square indentation on the other side of my face where there had been no problem at all, but only noticeable in certain lighting. I couldn't believe it. This is my face! I did not call back to let them know because I knew it would be fruitless as they make you sign a waiver before the treatment. I would not recommend anyone to risk having any treatment done with this machine there. Stick with the facials which are nice and at a reasonable price.
