Hugh L Coffman D/B/A Neuropsychological Services LLC Hugh Coffman Violates Medical Ethics by Harboring Cocaine Distributor Lexington , Massachusetts
For the last six months Hugh Coffman's "life partner" has been posting obsessively on craigslist boston offering to provide cocaine,street methamphetamine ( not pharmaceutical) or heroin to strangers at their shared home at 103 Colchester St. in Brookline MA. When confronted with evidence of this he has filed a false police complaint against the whistleblower who brought it to his attention. Thomas Mulkern is still posting as of yesterday, and includes his photograph offering to sell exchange illegal drugs for gay sex with a younger male prostitute at his home.
Coffman has had several months to fix this mess or evict the criminal. The only action he has taken is to falsly claim that he is being "harrassed" by a citizen whistleblower. He has spent plenty of time and resources to attempt to silence complaints, but none to make the drug dealing stop.
There is a 75% chance that the home is within 1000 feet of a school or playground and falls under a school zone law.
"Being present where heroin is kept." is a criminal drug offense.
Coffman is a criminal co-conspirator of Thomas Mulkern and allowing him near any psychological treatment client or patient is absurd. He must be kept away from children and vulnerable adults.
Coffman needs to be imprisoned.
