I have noticed that each month my internet service drastically slows down and limits my ability to see certain images or videos around the time my bill is due.   I pay my bill each month and do not feel that i need to be reminded that it is due by affecting my services.  Its expensive enough and being forced to pay a bill by this method is totally unacceptable.
