Hugo Martinez, HMA Services Hugo Martinez needs to be arrested!!! Austin Texas
My name is Brian Bourget. I hired Hugo Martinez as a sub contractor 2 years ago. He has stolen from customers, taken jobs behind my back, he has had customers write him personal checks and he has cashed them and ran.
He has robbed me and customers for over 50,000. Hugo Martinez needs to be arrested and charged for fraud. He robbed me for over 50 grand, then all of a sudden he goes from living in a hotel with his wife Rebecca deldigalo and 5 kids, to a 5 bedroom house in Austin.
He will show up, take your money, do minimal work. Then he will tell you it will cost more then he thought and he needs more money. He told me his father passed away like 5 times, and the old man is up in a metal home. alive as ever.

Hugo you can file a dispute but it wont help you. all you want but the customers you have ripped off are standing behind me. Hugo, you started HMA services and your still ripping people off all by yourself.

I am Hugo Martinez HM Construction Austin /Buda Texas established August of 1973 please check with the consumers that Brian has caused problems and then check with Hugo Martinez's customers this guy Brian is a person that setup a false account in Califorina supposedly to collect money for victims of 9/11 and the Government got wind of it and closed it down before he was able to get money for his own use , he has police records in Ca. and Texas for drug offenses and arrests for being driving drunk then check for any police records for Hugo Martinez , he is fileing false statements because I chose not to associate myself in trying to help him resolve any of many different projectshe was milking before his mommy and daddy took him back to California , many Homeowners had to file on his so-called Insurance to pay for the damges he did with his cronys , please contact me and I will supply addresses and names of those homeowners HM Construction.512-791-2205
